APOMAT
Development, construction, design and proving of a prototype of a warehouse management system for pharmacies and alternating applications. Development of a process control system with integrated data entry, data monitoring and registration as well as a harmonized system control of the multidimensional processes of the APOMAT system.
The warehouse management system APOMAT is qualitative different compared with customary systems:
- The movements of the shelves and the robot are optimized by a special system based on "chaos principle". For this the data of the delivery is stored and new products are sorted and put away following these datas. Often bought products will be placed in the anterior shelves to minimize delivering time and movements.
- The total system APOMAT is spatially optimized so that the covered paths are minimized. This is reached by the three-dimensional system of the APOMAT (moveable shelves and multi bite- and transportation system).
